PAYMENTS
Prices are not guaranteed until your tickets have been paid for in full and issued, and are subject to change at any time until then. As soon as you submit this form with all passenger information and payment details, we will begin ordering and issuing your tickets. Depending on your itinerary, please allow up to 36 hours from the time you submit the form for your tickets and/or e-ticket confirmations to be delivered to you. Tickets may be issued as paper tickets, e-tickets, or a mix of both.
FORM OF PAYMENT
We accept credit cards (America Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card), wire transfers, PayPal, and cash as payment for the full ticket price. Your card/account will only be charged once we receive confirmation from the airline that your flights are booked. Tickets will not be released until full payment has cleared.
Visa/passport/special permits-
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas and travel permits for all countries that you will be traveling to or be transiting through and for informing yourself as to which countries/areas within countries require visas and/or special permits. Visa and entry requirements may vary depending on your nationality, the length of your stay, and the purpose of your visit, among other factors. Visa information and visas can be obtained by contacting the Consulate or Embassy of the countries involved or from a visa service in your area (usually listed under "Visas" in the Yellow Pages). Make certain that your passport is valid for at least six months after the latest expected end date of your planned trip, as most countries will not allow entry if your passport will expire sooner. Health and safety matters-
You are responsible for determining what, if any, vaccinations or other health or safety precautions are necessary or recommended for your destinations. PeakFlight.io / Jeti / R and W Concierge Travel Agents, Customer Service Representatives or other employees are not physicians, and nothing we say should be interpreted as professional medical advice. Government health advisories can be found on the internet at: http://www.cdc.gov and http://www.who.int.
Date/Destination Changes-
Depends on the type of Fare Booked, Tickets can b Changed only if its disclosed to the client as a full or partial changeable ticket.
In the event that a change is requested, we will honor the change so long as we can acquire availability for the new dates, Location or times requested. The new flights and dates will be subject to the pricing at that time. In addition to any increase in price, there may as well be a change fee of up to $500.00 USD per passenger, per airline. We will do our best to find you a new availability to accommodate your new dates, however, we cannot guarantee the new availability.
Cancelations
Depends on the type of Fare Booked, Tickets can b canceled only if its disclosed to the client as a full or partial refundable ticket. If We disclosed that the tickets are refundable Then cancellations for any reason whatsoever, including medical reasons, death in the family, strikes, wars, weather, natural disasters, airline default or government travel warnings, or any other reason, can be made up to 72 hours before flight departure. Canceled flights will receive Travel credit with the same airline For the same passenger to book a flight of equal value for the following 12 months. Canceled flights may receive a cancellation fee of up to $750.00. Trip cancellation and interruption insurance can be purchased from any third party, and may further reimburse you for some of the cases mentioned above.
Travel insurance-
PeakFlight agents are not insurance agents. All insurance purchased by the clients are purchased directly from the airline or third party providers so who making a claim they should contact the insurance company.
Airline Default / involuntary schedule changes-
PeakFlight.io / Jeti / R and W concierge LLC takes no responsibility in the event of an airline’s default, cessation of service on a ticketed route or schedule change. Travel insurance that covers airline default and missed connections is highly recommended. PeakFlight.io / Jeti / R AND W Concierge LLC will not reimburse you for any new tickets purchased due to airline default or involuntary schedule changes, delays or other inconvenience. In these cases, please call your insurance provider and your PeakFlight agent before taking any action.
BAGGAGE-
Check with your specific airlines. Most domestic U.S carriers and some international carriers now charge for each piece of checked baggage. For most international flights baggage is limited to a total of 20 kg. (44 lbs.), total of all pieces and items including carry-on items. If you plan to check and/or carry on more than 20 kg of luggage per person on any of your flights, check directly with each airline in advance for their free baggage limits and excess baggage charges.
